The patch is a .zip archive that contains several files. These files provide support for Mozilla Firefox version 10 and 11.
The support for this version was not included in TestExecute version 8.70.727 and it is provided as a patch now.
The archive contains the following files:
To install the patch, follow these steps:
Unpack the files from the archive to a temporary folder.
Close TestExecute if it is running.
Create a back up copy of the files mentioned in the Archive Structure section.
To back up the files, copy the original files from the <TestExecute>\Bin\Extensions folder to another folder.
Replace the files in the <TestExecute>\Bin\Extensions folder with the files from the temporary folder.
Now you can run TestExecute and test web pages shown in Mozilla Firefox version 10 or 11.
The present patch is cumulative. It contains features that were available in earlier TestExecute patches for Firefox.
You can install the patch over earlier patches (you can simply overwrite the files). The functionality provided by the earlier patch installed on your computer will still be available.
To restore the Firefox modules that are provided by the original TestExecute installation, re-install TestExecute or replace the current files that are located in the <TestExecute>\Bin\Extensions folder with their backup copies.
