The patch is a .zip archive that contains several files. These files provide support for Mozilla Firefox version 7 and 8.
The support for this version was not included in TestComplete version 8.60.665 and it is provided as a patch now.
The archive contains the following files:
To install the patch, follow these steps:
Unpack the files from the archive to a temporary folder.
Close TestComplete if it is running.
Create a back up copy of the files mentioned in the Archive Structure section.
To back up the files, copy the original files from the <TestComplete>\Bin\Extensions folder to another folder.
Replace the files in the <TestComplete>\Bin\Extensions folder with the files from the temporary folder.
Now you can run TestComplete and test web pages shown in Mozilla Firefox version 7 or 8.
To restore the Firefox modules that are provided by the original TestComplete installation, re-install TestComplete or replace the current files that are located in the <TestComplete>\Bin\Extensions folder with their backup copies.
